For the fourth episode in my Mini Meditation and Wellness Series, I am bringing you another meditation from a mama that I promise will bring you some strength, help you hear your heart and connect you to your own groundedness. Remember during this time to S.T.O.P (Stop, Take a break, Observe your surroundings, and then Proceed)!
I know all of you mamas may be feeling anxiety and overwhelm during this time. Kristen is here to remind you to ground yourself for your kids. If we are running around frantic, they learn to be frantic and to fear. Remember: “Parenting isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being honest. Honor where you are. You might feel fear, but don’t live in your fear.”
