My guest this week, Corey Teresi, is the most relatable mom I have seen on Instagram. She is a Fit Mama that shows you how to do fitness the mama way!
She is a fitness trainer and nutrition coach with a pregnancy workout program and she is currently working on a postpartum workout program (as she herself is currently postpartum).
She shows mamas that feeling healthy and being fit, does not have to look like a magazine cover- instead, workout in your kitchen, do squats with your baby, get it in anyway you can and find your own power.
